Madni Jamia Masjid facilitates the solemnisation of an Islamic contract of marriage. The newly-married couple are provided with an official 'Nikah' certificate to show they have been married according to Islamic Law. Please note the Nikah ceremony and certificate are/ are not recognised in English law
We recommend that Nikah is booked at least 6 weeks prior to the planned date or as much notice as possible is given to avoid disappointment, especially during the summer months.
The Masjid also provides a service of conducting the Nikah ceremony outside of the Masjid, this is undertaken by the Imam and a representative of the Masjid.
