The overall management of the ICEA is the responsibility of the Management Committee as detailed in the Constitution. The Management reflects the holistic nature of ICEA’s provision, containing individuals who can help guide all aspects of ICEA’s work, as well as linking ICEA to the wider community.
The Management committee reflects the community it serves. The management committee is made up of community leaders, business people, and professionals. The ICEA committee consists of elected members from the community who represent the needs of the community attending the Masjid for worship and for community services. The management committee has regular meetings and at times additional meetings to discuss the running of the organisation, the development of the organisation and any issues impacting on the work of the ICEA.
The day-to-day management and staffing issues are also the responsibility of the Management Committee. Therefore members have various sub-committees to ensure the day to day running of services is effective and any issues are addressed in a prompt, efficient and effective manner.

- Maintenance committee
